Dean Auto Cleaning has been locally operating since 2017! We relocated into a commercial Downtown Pacific facility in May of 2022.
This 4,800 square foot building was built in 2002, and remained a private car collection storage facility until it’s sale in 2022! The “Coach Haus” sports a showroom floor finish with a center hung chandelier. Dean Auto Cleaning operates in the front 2400 square foot of the garage.

Timeline
Coming in May! The Planning & Zoning meeting May 10th went as expected with an 8-0 vote in approval for our CUP permit. First reading will take place at the May 17th Board of Alderman meeting. Hopefully, second reading can also take place on May17th, if not, it would have to be at the June meeting. Our projected open date is then May 18th or June 8th.
Board of Alderman vote 5-1 to officially pass a Conditional Use Permit authorizing Dean Auto Cleaning to commercially occupy 211 South Third Street as a detailing business. ~5/17/22
Planning & Zoning Board vote 8-0 to make recommendation for approval of Dean Auto Cleaning’s CUP permit to Pacific Board of Alderman! ~5/10/22
Dean Auto Cleaning holds a Ribbon Cutting with the Pacific Chamber of Commerce Monday June 13th, 2022!
Dean Auto Cleaning partnered with Dent Squad to provide Paintless Dent Repair Services out of our shop location in May of 2023!
