How It Works
Step 1
Check out our services and decide what you might want cleaned in your vehicle. Start with our Express Detail, which includes a single step cleaning of all interior surfaces and exterior wash + 3 month protectant.
If you’re a new client, your vehicle will likely need a deeper cleaning, offered with our Signature Detail.

Step 2
Check our availability, and make sure you have a ride! We only operate at our location in downtown Pacific, and are not mobile. Your appointment can take anywhere from 3-8 hours depending on what services you book.
You are expected to drop your vehicle off at or prior to your scheduled appointment time!
We do not have a waiting area but we are within walking distance of many local destinations. We can also offer a ride within Pacific city limits.
Step 3
Book your appointment, and show up on time! Drop off your vehicle by parking in the driveway, and drop off your keys. Use our after hours key drop to the right of the garage door if necessary.
We’ll text or call you when it’s ready for pick up. When you pick up, you can pay with cash, check, Venmo, or card, but cash is preferred! *A 2.5% service charge is added to all card transactions.

Do you pick up my vehicle?
Clients are responsible for dropping off their vehicle prior to their appointment time. If dropping off your vehicle poses a challenge, please let us know!
Don’t know what services you need?
We can personally recommend a package for you if you stop by the shop.

Do you require a deposit to book?
We do require a $50 non-refundable deposit to book an appointment. This holds your appointment time and will be applied to your final total.

Can I Cancel?
Cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. A $50 fee is applied to cancelations within 24 hours of the appointment, arriving 30+ minutes late to your appointment, or no-call, no-showing. Our team still gets paid waiting on late/no-call, no-show appointments.
